Shane Warne Injured

The Rajasthan Royals inspirational captain, Shane Warne is likely to skip the team’s next match against the Mumbai Indians on Thursday due to a hamstring injury. Graeme Smith, the South African Captain, is the ultimate choice to be his stand-in for the encounter.

Confirming the news, Darren Berry, Coach Rajasthan Royals said, “He slightly stretched his hamstring in the field yesterday and we are waiting for the diagnosis today. It is only minor. At this stage we think he may miss one match but we are hoping that’s the only game he misses. That’s still to be determined and when the physio treats him today we’ll have a better indication.”
