Amit Singh Passes Action Test

Rajasthan Royal’s medium pacer Amit Singh, who was earlier reported twice for a suspect bowling action, has been cleared by the ICC’s three-man review panel. The four types of deliveries tested were his offcutter, legcutter, slower offbreak and stock delivery, with the panel confirming that all these deliveries are within the ICC’s tolerance limits. However, he is has been cleared with the condition that he will be restricted from playing for one year if he is reported again.

Amit Singh has played four matches in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), so far picking up 8 wickets including a man-of-the-match award against Bangalore Royal Challengers for his 4 for 19.
